This week, I was deeply focused on an upcoming project launch at work. I worked for roughly 60-70 hours, which pushed out most other things.
Training

I managed one session of lifting (chest, of course). Nothing else.

This was my worst week for sleep and steps in about three months. This is definitely not sustainable! I’m committed to doing better next week.
Languages
Naturally, I also missed studying most days this week.
