Training
The week started out alright. Ideally, I would have fit something in on Thursday. I flew to Minneapolis for a wedding early Friday morning, which disrupted the week a bit. Anna was in Europe, so this also led to a busier week taking care of the puppy.
Health metrics
Quite pleased with my sleep, despite the short night on Friday for the wedding. I was able to compensate for this a bit on the weekend.
